Written and Recorded at various times between mid 2007 and late 2009 in the two homes I lived in at the time in Holmdel NJ and Matawan NJ.

Additional bass on the song "Sorry For Your Loss" was recorded in February 2018 at my home in Mountain Top PA

Mixed in February and March 2018 in Mountain Top PA.
Mastered By Nicholas Wilbur in Anacortas Washington in August 2019 at The Unknown.

All songs in their current form are previously unreleased up until this edition came out in August 2020. A2 & A3 previously appeared with different mixes on the extend 2xCS of Leaving released by Music Ruins Lives as MRL25 in December 2013.
